This includes accommodation providers, destination managers, travel businesses, conservation organisations, community leaders, investors, NGOs, media, and sustainability professionals who want to understand what credible, real-world impact looks like in practice and how it can be scaled. 

  • Yes. The Virtual Impact Show is completely free to attend. Our aim is to make leading examples of impact, innovation and leadership accessible to a global audience. 

  • No. The Virtual Impact Show is a curated, showcase-style event rather than a live Q&A forum. Each session is designed to deliver concise, focused insights through short, high-impact presentations. 

  • The Virtual Impact Show takes place across two live sessions, each approximately three hours long. This format is designed to accommodate all major global time zones and ensure broad international participation. 

  • Yes. All sessions will be recorded, and registered participants will receive access to the recordings after the event. 

  • The 4Cs are Conservation, Community, Culture and Commerce, a holistic framework used by The Long Run to define and measure what “good” looks like in tourism. Together, the 4Cs ensure that tourism businesses protect nature, support local people, respect cultural heritage, and remain commercially viable.
